SAR Unit, Inc. is an efficient,
front line organization that does a lot with very little. No donation is
too small. Every donation dollar is used to benefit the lives of the dogs
and pay Unit expenses.
Dog sponsorship is an important program for SAR
Unit, Inc. A yearly donation of $250.00 in the dog sponsorship program helps to
pay for veterinary care, food, training, equipment and housing. In return,
the sponsor will receive an annual update letter, a photo of the sponsored dog,
a certificate of sponsorship and a t-shirt. In addition, the sponsor will have
pride for supporting this organization. The sponsorship is tax deductible.
Administration expenses for the organization are less than 5% of income.
